Policy snapshot. Information may be handled only as needed to make the services function, understand performance, provide support, maintain safety, comply with law, and support advertising where permitted. What is processed depends on the features you use, the choices you make, and the permissions or platform settings you enable.
1. Understanding This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Lab7Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") may collect, use, store, disclose, and otherwise handle information when you access software applications, online functions, support channels, or related digital services that we make available (together, the "Services").
Not every Service includes the same functions. As a result, the information involved in one experience may differ from the information involved in another. Feature-specific prompts, permission screens, or supplemental notices form part of this Policy when they apply.
2. The Ways Information Reaches Us
Information submitted by you
If you ask for help, report a technical issue, submit feedback, or use an optional profile or account feature, you may provide details such as your contact information, the contents of your message, and any other information you decide to include. We use these details to address the request or provide the feature you selected.
Technical and connection information
A device, operating system, or distribution platform may make technical signals available when the Services are used. These signals can include device type, operating system and version, language, time zone, network type, Internet Protocol address, application version, device-related identifiers, and advertising identifiers where the platform permits their use.
Use, reliability, and diagnostic events
We may receive records that describe interactions with features, session timing, preferences, approximate geographic area inferred from an IP address, errors, crashes, loading behavior, and other performance events. Such records help identify faults, maintain stability, understand general usage patterns, and investigate suspicious activity.
Information supplied by platforms or partners
Distribution platforms may provide transaction confirmation, entitlement status, or information needed to restore access. Providers involved in analytics, advertising, attribution, hosting, customer support, security, or fraud prevention may also send information associated with their work for the Services.
3. Reasons We Handle Information
Providing the experience. We process information to deliver requested functions, remember settings where relevant, maintain compatibility, restore eligible access, and resolve technical failures.
Improving quality. Usage and diagnostic signals allow us to evaluate reliability, study how features perform, test changes, and guide future improvements.
Protecting users and systems. Information may be reviewed to detect fraud, cheating, abuse, unauthorized access, security threats, or conduct that could harm people, property, or the Services.
Communicating with you. We use contact and request details to answer questions, investigate reports, provide support, and send important service or policy notices.
Advertising and measurement. Where allowed, identifiers and activity signals may support the delivery, attribution, frequency control, and measurement of advertising or promotional content.
Meeting legal responsibilities. Information may be used to comply with applicable rules, respond to lawful demands, establish or defend legal claims, resolve disputes, and enforce relevant terms.
4. Legal Grounds Where They Are Required
Depending on the location and context, processing may be based on the need to perform a contract or provide a requested function, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Services, your consent, or compliance with a legal obligation. When consent is the applicable basis, you may withdraw it through the available control or by contacting us. A withdrawal does not make earlier processing unlawful.
5. External Technologies and Their Operators
The Services may contain software development kits or similar technologies supplied by other organizations. These tools may support hosting, analytics, attribution, advertising, crash reporting, customer support, security, or fraud detection. Depending on the tool and your settings, its operator may receive identifiers, device details, usage events, or diagnostic information.
An external operator may determine some of its own processing practices. Its privacy notice and the choices offered by the device, platform, consent interface, or account settings should be reviewed separately. We do not control the privacy practices of independently operated services.
6. When Information May Be Disclosed
We may make information available to vendors and contractors that perform services for us, such as infrastructure, measurement, advertising, support, security, or fraud-prevention work. They are expected to handle information for the contracted purpose and in accordance with applicable requirements.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; protect rights, safety, or property; investigate misuse; enforce applicable terms; or respond to an emergency. If our business or relevant assets are involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer, information may be included in that transaction subject to applicable law.
We may create and use aggregated or de-identified information for operational, research, analytical, or reporting purposes when it cannot reasonably be linked back to an individual.
7. Controls Available to You
Device and platform settings may allow you to manage notifications, location access, storage access, advertising identifiers, or other permissions. You may be able to reset an identifier, limit certain advertising uses, or revoke a permission. Turning off a permission can prevent the related function from operating as intended.
Where an in-service consent or privacy control is presented, you may use it to update your selection. You may also contact us about a privacy choice. In some jurisdictions, disclosures used for targeted advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" even when no money is exchanged; any applicable opt-out will be made available through the relevant interface, device or platform control, or request process.
8. Storage, Retention, and Removal
Information is retained for the period reasonably needed to support the purpose for which it was handled, including service operation, security, support, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement. The exact period varies according to the category of information, the reason for processing, operational needs, and legal requirements.
When continued retention is no longer justified, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or aggregate the information. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until normal rotation or overwrite procedures are completed.
9. Safeguards and Cross-Border Processing
We apply reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or loss. Because no system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, absolute security cannot be promised.
Information may be processed in a country different from the one in which you reside. Privacy laws can vary across countries. Where the law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use measures intended to provide an appropriate level of protection.
10. Children and Age-Related Protections
The Services are not designed to knowingly obtain personal information from a child when the law requires consent from a parent or guardian and that consent has not been provided. If you believe a child submitted personal information without the authorization required in the relevant location, please contact us. We will assess the report and take appropriate action.
11. Rights That May Apply in Your Region
Local law may give you rights concerning personal information, including the ability to request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of certain processing, or an objection to certain uses. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. The rights available, and any exceptions, depend on the jurisdiction and circumstances.
To submit a request, email Lab7tech.development@gmail.com and explain the assistance you are seeking. We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm identity, protect other people, and prevent unauthorized requests. We will respond in accordance with the timelines and limitations established by applicable law. Exercising an applicable privacy right will not result in unlawful discriminatory treatment.
12. Policy Revisions
This Policy may be revised when practices, technology, legal requirements, or the Services change. The revised version will display a new effective date and will be made available through an appropriate channel. Any additional notice or consent required by law will be provided before the relevant change takes effect.
13. Contact
Questions, concerns, complaints, or requests relating to this Policy or our handling of information may be sent to Lab7tech.development@gmail.com. The developer responsible for this Policy is Lab7Technologies.
